Due to the retirement of our current Business Manager, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Business Manager on a permanent basis to join our Warren Hills team commencing at the start of the Autumn Term 2024. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and work alongside the Governing Body, Head Teacher and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective administration and running of the school.

We are seeking to employ someone who can think strategically and is a team player who, preferably, has experience and knowledge of business finance, human resources, payroll, premises management and administration. You will have the ability to firefight issues when they arise and have a sound understanding of the mechanics of school life, including staffing cover. The role will be based in our front office working alongside our administration team. We are a single form entry school and a close working team so it’s vital that the successful candidate is approachable, with a good sense of humour and a keen team player.

In an exciting new development this year, The Adventurers has expanded to comprise a brand-new Nurture Lounge, Teaching Room and Creative Space.  This expansion, together with the creation of the advertised position, will enable our growing cohort to be taught and supported in differentiated groups by multiple, independent practitioners, all of whom will be supported and managed by a teaching member of the Leadership Team.
